Everything We Sell Is Perishable
We make our meals fresh and freeze them fast — because flavour matters.
❌ We don’t accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind.
✔️ We will refund, replace, or credit you if:
We’ve sent you the wrong item, or
The food has arrived in an unsafe condition.
Delivery & Shipping – What You Need to Know
Our couriers are clearly told:
This delivery contains perishable food. Leave it at the address on the delivery day.
That means no depot drop-offs, no “sorry we missed you.”
Your responsibility:
Double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If the address is wrong, and the parcel can’t be delivered or is returned:
We can’t refund or resend it. Frozen food waits for no one.
We can’t resell food once it’s left our kitchen
Damaged or Wrong Orders
We pack everything with care, but if something goes wrong:
Let us know within 24 hours, with a photo.
We’ll fix it with a refund, credit, or replacement.
Note: Small dings or scuffs on packaging don’t count unless the food is affected.
Offers & Promo Codes
Offers and discount codes must be applied at checkout.
We can’t apply them after you’ve placed your order — sorry!
International Orders
We only ship to mainland UK and can't currently ship offshore in the UK or overseas. Apologies!
